CSS for actions with no label does not display well on some sites (not all) #15

Actually, this might be due to no actions being in that column. So the real issue is to make that heading 100% width even with no cells below it.

I think min-width: 320px; needs to be added to .actionable_board th in the common CSS.

based on some testing, it seems 290px looks better and prevents overlap/hidden bits of text
