Add ability to filter board columns by person #40

Imagine someone wants to see an action board where each column lists actions assigned to that person. For example, a board could have columns, "Karen", "Steve", "Susan", and "Frank".

One complication to this request is how there are two versions of some pages based on whether a wiki community uses usernames (User:supersquirrel37) or real names (Jane Doe).
