This should prevent write NULL additions to database. Testing required on eva-wiki-dev

This was fixed in 5b04e3e4fd6214a491bf17b3252e7e0e666777ce and 3d54d59aed01fa81064bccdea19093c8b2be03c4 and then really fixed in fa2b01a6559ed6f059bf85a820035a854f55a8e9. Basically I forgot this pull request existed.
