Changes

Modified Jinja template for HAProxy. When the host has an IPv6 address, add a couple bind lines for it

I tested this on CentOS Linux release 7.8.2003 (using freephile/34.x branch) and it works as intended. (Also, I'm still working on getting GitHub actions setup for automatic testing)
