Update changelog in preparation for 5.2.0 release #317

This PR updates the changelog in preparation for the 5.2.0 release.

I"m cheating a little bit, and assuming that #316 and #315 will be going in. Those PRs should be merged first. I'll make this PR a draft until those two PRs have gone in.

Ready for review. The main branch has been merged in, and the extra changelog individual file entries for #315 and #316 have been removed.
