Investigate periodization of the wavelets #10

Kymatio and scatnet apply a "periodization" to the wavelets, ref: https://inldigitallibrary.inl.gov/Reports/ANL-93-34.pdf http://cas.ensmp.fr/~chaplais/Wavetour_presentation/ondelettes/Interval_Wavelets.html

It seems like there isn't much difference between the periodized and non-periodized wavelets for resolution < 2. Moreover for resolution == 2, the periodization creates a "ringing" in the spatial representation of the wavelet for angles of 0 and 90-degrees, otherwise, around 30-60 degrees, not much difference.
