Fix a couple more links in documentation #793

This PR fixes a couple other links to examples in the documentation. Note these changes were included in the gh-pages PR

The main problem now is - if someone checks out the release tag and builds docs, they will see the broken links. We'll have to live with it, just FTR.

Yeah I realized this :( I figured having the fixes in the built docs was the best we could hope for at this point.
