Fix rendering emojis in `CONTRIBUTING.md` and remove "Breaking troubles down" from "Table of contents" #505

I noticed that rendering emojis in CONTRIBUTING.md is not working correctly. I found that inserting spaces fixes them, so I will apply that change.

Furthermore, despite the absence of the item in the main text, I found "Breaking troubles down" in the table of contents, so I removed it.
