add "Frequently Asked Questions" to `README.md` #545

Based on the posts in the issues so far, I have decided to clearly state the frequently asked questions in the README.

By reducing the iterations of these questions and answers, I prevent the community from becoming exhausted and the maintainers from burning out.

I will wait for any feedback until the next release.
