Update gh-pages to new branding. #76

This seems to remove a lot of cruft in the old gh-pages branch - I have deleted that so gh-pages will now only have documentation.

This was generated by:

build docs in clean checkout of ets
in a different clone, create the branch from gh-pages and git rm everything
copy and add the clean build into the branch

There are some 404 messages seen while browsing the documentation:
