Feature Request: Move Enable RGBAColor Trait to Pyface #1129

There is nothing particularly Enable-specific about the RGBAColor Trait in Enable, and it could be moved to pyface.ui_traits where it may fit more nicely and be able to integrate better with the Pyface color code.
