'traits-enaml' is a boring name #3

I suggest we rename this project as 'spackle', to stick with the whole painting metaphor.

But that adds 'grave' to the usual 'en' prefix which feels a little sinister...

I like 'enchilada' nearly as much as I like 'spackle'.

+1 exciting code can deal with dull project name excited to see traits support for enaml >= 0.7!
