Validate used Subject Identifier #157

Users could eneter anything as subject identifier, not noting absolut URIs are 
needed. The validator should check every URI if it is valid.

While entering subject identifiers for Topics, Associations et al. with prefix 
in beta 20101015 the system starts to hang. Keypresses are delayed, I think 
this is due to Onotoa trying to validate. Maybe have Onotoa wait before 
validation / validate during save.

Wrong :) Its because Onotoa tries to retrieve some proposals from subj3ct.com 
for the autocompletion.

You can disable this in the preference page.
