Suggestion: Provide latest beta builds under download #163

Providing the beta builds incl. a change log on this site would make it easier 
to follow beta builds and changes. onotoa.topicmapslab.de/beta could link to 
this (download) site.

Well that would be a lot of work. You have to specify every download file so 
creating a download on google code is very annoying. But a link on the start 
page will be added.
