XTM exports do not have line breaks

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Export a Topic Map to XTM(21)
2. Open it in your favorite text editor
3.

What is the expected output?
There should be line breaks for easier readability and faster load times in 
text editors

What do you see instead?
No line breaks, long load times

What version of the product are you using?
20101021 beta x64

On what operating system?
10.6.4
