tmcl:version and tmcl:schema-resource not implemented

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output?
Onotoa should be able to set and export tmcl:version and tmcl:schema-resource. 
Maybe one could also change the item identifier of the schema to something more 
easy to read?

What do you see instead?
Not implemented (as far as I can see)

What version of the product are you using?
20101021 beta x64

On what operating system?
10.6.4
