Item Identifier Contraint: wrong association type

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create Item Identifier Contrainst
2. Export as XTM

What is the expected output?

An association like tmcl:constrained-construct(tmcl:constraint : ?c, 
tmcl:constrained : $tt) (From the draft)

What do you see instead?

An association like tmcl:constrained-topic-type(tmcl:constraint : ?c, 
tmcl:constrained : $tt) (From the draft, like the Subject Identifier 
Constraint).

What version of the product are you using?
onotoa-1.2.0-beta-201012151105-macosx.cocoa.x86_64
