open new file if nothing is open and onotoa is started #212

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. close any open file and close onotoa (or remove ~/.onotoa)
2. open onotoa
3. manually click file-new

What is the expected output?
that step 3 is not necessary

What do you see instead?
no opened file

What version of the product are you using?
1.2 beta 2010-02-08

On what operating system?
Mac OS X
