Invalid RolePlayerConstraint #223

Create a AssociationType, TopicTypes and so on and define finally a RCC.
Now switch to the AssociationType-page and remove a role, that the RCC uses too.

What happens?
The RCC stays untouched and causes an error when I try to edit it.

What should happen?
The RCC should be deleted
