RolePlayerConstraint causes NullPointerException #224

Create an Association Type and define two roles.
Create two TopicTypes as well was an AssociationContraint and connect them, BUT 
don't
set the roles.

Change to the RCC prop page and try to add a new One.
No dialogue appears and a NullPointerException happens.
