Structural changes

moving all kernels into separate directory:

[x] deposit
[x] filters
[x] pushers
[x] field solvers
[x] GR aux-field kernels

Bugfixes

bugs in the MPI particle sending algorithm
bugs in PrtlCoordD definitions (mainly in archetypes)
boundary issue near the fake "axis" of MPI domains (SR/GR)
