Containers added in #51, ROCm runtime needs to be tested.

@LudwigBoess the shock setup actually did not have any issues. the problem was that in the config the value of ux was really the magnitude of the boost; the direction (towards the wall) was taken care of in the problem generator. see below:

I would push the #48 to the next release version to release the bugfix for MPI asap.
