Right now we are only building and pushing the X86 image for ghcr. Let's add an ARM image.

Jordan to upload an ARM version from his machine. Not included in CI pipeline for now.

Seems to be working now. I didn't change anything, but I just re-ran the pipeline. Closing for now.
