Move Beta Docs repo over to the Entropy GitHub org. #155

The working repo for the beta docs site is currently under my GitHub user org: https://github.com/johnnymatthews/entropy-docs/tree/test/hugo-ssg-with-hextra-theme

We need to move it into this repo.
