Update CLI reference to reflect new changes in the CLI's `entropy` package. #172

The Entropy CLI now allows you to use the command-line, or follow the text-based user-interface (TBUI) workflow. We currently have the TBUI workflows documented, since that's what the JS team developed first.

Let's update the reference docs with the CLI way of doing things.
