This PR fills out the license fields of all the packages in the repo, and assigns
different licenses depending on the code.
For core code, AGPL-3.0 was used to match the rest of our projects
For examples, the Unlicense was used to put this code into the public domain
For the RISC Zero example, Apache-2.0 was used to comply with the license
requirements of the code used from the RISC Zero project
The motivation for licensing the examples as permissively as possible is to allow teams
to get started with Entropy without fear of "infecting" their project with GPL licensed
code.
