This PR offers a mechanism to easily inform the entropy-js CircleCI Project which specific build of the entropy and server binaries to use. The procedure is documented in the "Updating Entropy JS SDK binary assets in CircleCI" runbook in the Entropy Meta Wiki, so have a look there to understand how to make use of this (intentionally temporary) workflow improvement.
