Does not work in IE #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open IE
2. Table data is displayed

Should render to graph.

We can use excanvas here, but right now, the canvases are created as needed 
so excanvas cannot convert them.

ok so I tried using ExCanvas and it kinda worked.  However fails with text which
makes the charts useless so I am just going to fail for IE until there is a more
solid solution to this problem.

When ExCanvas is more robust, I'll get IE to work.
