Add option to duplicate payment form w/fields & settings #209

It would be nice to be able to duplicate a payment form similar to Craft's Save as new entry.

In this case, we need to clone a payment form and then translate the field labels to a new language.

Hi @andrelopez, do you have an update on this? Would be very handy to have a option [save as a new paymentform].
