Unable to completely delete orders

Steps to reproduce

Delete a order
Try to delete order out of trash

Additional info

Craft version: 4.4.14
PHP version: 8.2.8
Database driver & version: 10.3.39-MariaDB-1:10.3.39+maria~deb10
Plugin version: 5.1.2
Is SCA and Stripe Checkout enabled?: Yes
