Add changelog #116

In order to keep users of event sourcery aware of the changes we make in event sourcery and the changes they will need to make in client apps.

Would it make any sense to (where appropriate) link a PR to the change descriptions? Just to make looking up of said changes easier.

I guess you can just look up from the PR list though if they have clear enough titles.
