Test on Ruby 2.6 #211

Ruby 2.6 has been released! Let's add it to the test matrix.

Yeah, I suspect at the time not many builds were using 2.6 so the agent would need to do some work to install it. It should get up to speed pretty rapidly.

If not, we should do a more thorough investigation.
