Check feasibility of converter for export formats of other applications #45

To support migration from other applications to Envelope Zero, the feasibility of a converter from their formats to the import/export format Envelope Zero uses needs to be studied.

After some research, the best path of action seems to be:

Use https://github.com/leolabs/you-need-a-parser for transaction conversion in the frontend
Implement support for the import of the YNAB CSV import format #370
Implement support for the import of the YNAB 4 Budget.yfull json files to enable transitioning from YNAB 4 to Envelope Zero. #369
