Add a new page that shows more information on an envelope in a specific month. This includes:

[x] more explicit way to set the allocated amount (#607)
[ ] allocation recommendation (#652)
- [ ] savings goal (#653)
- [ ] recurring transactions (#320)
[ ] overspend handling (#526)

Looks really nice. I think the "two field solution" is way more intuitive.
