ConnectionResetError #12

Greetings,

We are attempting to access the developer api with a procured secret key from the direct access site, unfortunately, we receive the following error when attempting to establish a connection: image

We have asked our network team to add the following domain to our allow list: gds.enverus.com

Do you know of any other domains that needed to be added? Any info you can provide is greatly appreciated.

@aferrar are you still having this issue? Its not a pythonAPIlib issue. Might be a firewall/network issue on your end. We're not able to reproduce the issue.

Can you also provide the following? OS name and version

Python version

full log of program launch in debug mode
