Changed Tint of Icons in Others section #904

Fixes: #903.

Description:

Changed the Tint of Icons present in the Others section of the android app from default black to the primary colour of the application to improve the theme and style of the app and also to make the respective section less intrusive for users.

Hello @Akash-Ramjyothi, If you have a look at the 2nd point in PR contribution guidelines (https://github.com/enviroCar/enviroCar-app/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md#pull-requests). It states that PR consisting of minimal adjustments like colors and fonts will be discarded if not found useful.

Regarding this PR,At the present state of app black color icons is prefered over blue.
