I hopefully fixed all bugs related to the sticky ajax loader images on dashboard, profile and route. Before merging, please try at https://envirocar.org/dev/ @nuest @bpross-52n @ahitch

there were major anti-patterns in the JS, like DOM manipulation before DOM was ready..
