Quad mesh with internal boundaries of sub-watersheds #45

Just to add in the list of things to be done in the near future; we need to make sure river-corridor polygons honor internal boundaries of sub-watersheds. This is particularly important for big basin-scale runs in which large triangles in the mesh can dampen topographic effects by eroding ridge-lines.
