TCount Values Should Reflect Species Detections On Route #58

The TCount values in the table cells should reflect the number of transects where the species was detected on the route (Number of Detections), rather than the number of transects sampled on the route. The latter number should appear in the table headers, as it is currently doing. Note that the Number of Detections is just a number that is reported. It is not used in any of the other calculations.
