Issue appears related to GROUP BY clauses and in some instances JOINs bringing in information like RouteAverageCover. Updates include revisions to deviation, deviation aggregation, std deviation, and std error queries. Values now mesh w/ *.xls expectations.

CARE-2015-Oak Creek & Scenic Drive AverageCover & SE look correct. However, the Average Cover for Cathedral Valley does not match. SE value is pretty close. Cathedral Valley is the only route with dead species for CARE 2015. In the result table that is generated by the reporting tool, all the species are alive. What is happening to the dead species? Does this has anything to do with the discrepancy. Expect to see another row in the table for the dead species.
See Excel sheets.
Also compared the values for some other park/year combinations, mainly to see if there was a pattern of our values not matching when there were dead species. Some other cases support this pattern, but also found some values that didn't match even when there were no dead species.
