envoy memory is continously increasing in idle with no traffic as well envoy-alpine 1.21.5 #5

During the load testing we observed that memory (heap) increase is consistantly increasing and gets killled by cgroup . This issue was not observed when 1.17.4 version was used with v2 config but consistant in v3 config of 1.21.5 version of envoy .

Is there any open issues with this version of with respect to v3 configuration could anyone please confirm .
