Initial CI Environment #63

Create an initial CI environment where TBD tests are executed for PRs.

Found this to be an interesting tool for vulnerability analysis testing for CI.

FYI CNCF offers Snyk/FOSSA for free for projects, you just have to let us know when you want to enable this :)
