Which means that if you dont already have busybox then all releases until now will have failed 8(

it also explains why the screenshots in the integration tests were showing that proxies/services had not been created

on further investigation the image is being pulled, but there still seems to be some problems running docker-in-docker

turns out the issue was the check for whether image was already there was wrong 8(
