Updated KNX callbacks to be same name as on the library: knx.answer1Bit to knx.answer_1bit, etc
Added optionals of the ESP_KNX_IP Library as comments (_KNX.Start options, Rootprefix, Set KNX addresses, etc)
Added the LED for Output Status

I would prefer a new example for the static configuration stuff. I don't want to cram lots of optional stuff into a already bigger example.
