Simple 1-bit 'Blink' to group address

Good day,

I find this an interesting topic.

I would like a simple example, How can I simply send a 1-bit value to a group address?

for instance: I use the 'Blink' sketch on the ESP8266, so I want a 1 or a 0 to group address 1/1/0.

I have to set the physical address via the webpage of the ESP8266 right?
