Deliver carpet plot as PNG for performance reasons #63

Because the rendering of carpet plots may take too long, we plan to additionally cache them on the server in PNG format. It should behave like this:

Browser requests carpet plot as PNG
Serve delivers PNG in case of a cache hit
In case of a cache miss:
- Server requests a special route which returns the SVG (using the frontend rendering engine)
- Server converts the SVG to PNG and caches it

A cron job could on the server could be used to fill the cache periodically.
