Add correct, newer gen eq table script! #215

I committed an old, incompatible version of gen_equilibrium_table.py with nonsense units in PR #191 🙃

This version is copied directly from https://github.com/clairekope/CGM-sim-analysis

As a reminder, this script is useful for generating a table of equilibrium chemistry values. This table is currently usable with the GalaxySimulation problem type. Now the table will save species mass fractions as expected by the machinery in said problem type.
