Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
iTunes for Windows has all of it's data in the Music folder, labeled "iTunes". Freac will try to process encrypted movies in that folder, and stays at 1% done until you force kill the program in Task Manager.
Describe the solution you'd like
A hacky solution would be to ignore any directories that end with "iTunes Media/Movies/[movie]".
Describe alternatives you've considered
A workaround would be to temporarily move the iTunes folder, or to remove the offending "tracks" (movie chapters) before starting the conversion.
