When attempting to convert a high sample rate wav or FLAC file to ogg vorbis with ABR settings, it failes and reports unable to initalize encoder. However, encoding is successful when using VBR setting. Is this expected behavior or is it a bug? I can provide the FLAC file for testing if needed!
