Adding a phcovid_plot module that contains a function that plots the cumulative case graph for the dataframe from get_cases() or a subset (i.e. among contacts of PH9 or those in Taguig). Please let me know if you would need me to change some parts of formatting.
Going forward, we can include other necessary plot functions in the module.
